● Line Maintenance Avionics Technician duties on the following fleets: BOEING B777-200 / -200LR / -300 / -300ER

● Carries out routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks including component servicing, removal, installation, adjustment, test, inspection, cleaning and repair processes as a necessary part of the troubleshooting and defect rectification compliant to manufacturer’s standards and company procedures whilst observing all safety precautions, warnings and cautions.

● Allocates manpower and tasks, coordinates for tools, equipment and spares necessary for timely and satisfactory completion of work.

● Participates and promotes in creating a safety culture in an effort to minimize accidents and highlight deficiencies/failures that can lead to such accidents.

● Impart training for Work at Height Awareness, steps and ladders, MEWP operator and safety harness modules.

● Fully conversant with airport safety regulations including holding and maintaining an airport driving permit and awareness of airport maneuvering area requirements and be able to comply.

● Controls and maintains proper record of all inspections, certification, repair documents, Inspection and testing of Aircraft, Engines, Components and APU worked on.

● Ensures only proper and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommended tools, equipment and test equipment are used to accomplish the task.

● Ensures that the proper handling and segregation are performed for serviceable and unserviceable spares and housekeeping is done post completion of any work activity.
