Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to apply as a caregiver/nurse aide and i want to take this opportunity of working with human services. Empathy and compassion for others, being the essence of my personality. I’ve experience to be assigned in a blind man client during my OJT days and it wasn’t hard for me. Few of elderly have a condition but it’s not hard to accompany with them. Showing them love is important too.

I have learnt to carry out my responsibilities, like monitoring residents, checking rooms, vital signs, patients for changes condition and reporting in time to the respective management. I can also perform first aide duties initiating emergency response procedures whenever required.

Keeping the assigned area clean and tidy is one of the most important task for which i have gained hands on experience. I can steadily assist cleanliness being skilled in changing bed linens, washing, and ironing, in short: Complete House Keeping.
