Summary: Civil/Structural Design Engineer with ** years of experience in FEED, detailed engineering,

fabrication & construction phases of project in refinery, petrochemical, polysilicon, LNG and steel plant.

Have hands-on experience in detailed analysis, design & detailing of structures such as steel process structures and modules, connection design, concrete stair case, pile and concrete foundation, concrete building (reactor structure with gantry), checking of design calculation and drawings, MTO preparation for steel and concrete, review of vendor drawing & calculation, fabrication support at fabrication yard, construction support at site. Have handled various responsibilities on project including engineering supervision, quality assurance, discipline audit support, model review support, and coordination with other engineering disciplines, offices and clients.

Have experience of analysis, design and detailing of Pre-Cast concrete structures. This includes design of concrete beam, column, socket, splices, corbel, and insert plates for interface between steel and concrete. Also have experience of detailed dynamic analysis and design of block/table top foundation for vibratory machines. Performed dynamic analysis of modular steel structures supporting vibrating machines.

Have experience in designing of steel structure to concrete structure interface. This includes design of Anchor Bolts, Shear Keys, Elastomeric Bearing, Pot Bearings etc. Also have experience in designing underground concrete pits which includes design of sheet pile to improve stability. Have hands-on experience on combined lifting analysis of modular structures (1200 MT to 1600 MT) using Floating Crane (multiple hook), Rigger Crane (single hook) and Gantry for de stacking and restacking operation. Also have knowledge on international Lifting, Rigging standards (DNV- OS-H205) for analysis and design purpose.

Have experience and exposure to multiple onshore modular projects located on Sakhalin Island & Tengiz, Kazakhstan for clients like Exxon & Chevron. Modules weight varied from 400 MT to 4000 MT. Modules included enclosed and open process buildings and open pipe rack structure supported on pile foundation. Modules were analysed for extreme temperature condition, ocean/canal (ship/barge) transportation condition, road (PMT/SPMT) transportation condition, lifting and weighing condition. Held responsible for weight reporting, foundation load report, material take-off etc.

Codes and Standards worked with include American (AISC/ACI/ASCE), Indian (IS), Russian, RoK and Australian etc.

OCTOBER 2018-June 2020 (on overseas assignment to DSME fabrication yard, Okpo, South Korea) - Currently working as Structural Engineer to provide fabrication engineering support at DSME fabrication yard. Responsibilities includes:

1. Performing structural integrity and trailer layout verification for SPMT movement of modules at fabrication yard. 2. Verification of structural integrity through combined lift analysis of PAU's using Floating crane or Rigger crane. 3. Respond to Site Fabrication Queries and Field Change Notices related to Module Steel fabricator. 4. Providing engineering solution/support/resolutions for issues arising due to fabrication demerits/errors and from post AFC changes.

5. Site visit for resolving issues on constructability. APRIL 2014 - SEPTEMBER 2018 (Fluor New Delhi, India Office) - Worked as Area Lead Engineer during Detailed Engineering phase of TCO Project and responsibilities includes: 1. Module to Concrete Pedestal interface design under extreme temperature conditions. Performed Design and Interaction with vendor for using Elastomeric Bearings and Pot Bearings at the steel to concrete interface to release large thermal forces.

2. Analysing modules for different conditions such as Sea Transportation, Land Transportation, Lifting, Weighing, and Onsite. Checking detail drawings and design calculations. 3. Analysing stick built structures and their foundations, dynamic analysis of machine foundations, underground concrete pits, pile foundation design of large modules, equipment foundation design (vessels and exchangers). 4. Preparation of MTO and FEED design reports supporting concrete and steel quantities. 2. Performed studies to arrive module foundation layout concept to optimize pile numbers. 3. PROJECT – LANCO 1500 TPA POLYSILICON PLANT

Fluor scope comprises detailed engineering and technical support for procurement, as well as field engineering for the plant that is to manufacture 99.9999999% pure polysilicon. 1. Involved in project start up activities and prepared Structural Design Criteria and Civil Design Criteria for the project.

2. Performed the boundary wall design for the polysilicon plant. Performed analysis and design of Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) reactor building and product handling building. These are concrete buildings. Design of these buildings includes design of beam, column, slab, stair case, shear wall for lift shaft etc. 3. Performed design and detailing of Gantry Girder, fixing of blast resisting panel, reviewing vendor drawing and other activities.

4. Assigned to site for three months to provide technical assistance to construction. PROJECT – SAKHALIN 1, CHAYVO OPF EXPANSION PROJECT, SAKHALIN ISLAND, RUSSIA
