Job Responsibility:-

Perform Recruitment of employees, as according to the company requirements, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates as per their experience, education and skills. Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.

Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
