Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies

Maintain and improve online databases of client accounts and external vendors, including updating information when necessary.

Allocates the work force (Both staff & labor) to various site/location/supervisor as instructed by the project manager.

Approve the OT as per the overtime sheet signed & approved by project manager.

Preparing reports of the timesheet and overtime of workers, staff and subcontractors.

Random site check to make 100% output from the workforce by not allowing workers to take extra rest /break hrs. And late reporting early leaving etc.

Maintained proper records of employees proceeding on leave, returning from leave, absent, resigned and termination etc.

Notify and assist the workers and staff if there are trainings, medical and other procedure as required by the project

Preparing the safety tasks briefing and all permits in the site

Manpower manning sheet, leave, absconded & termination list maintaining project coordination.
