- Main point of contact for approximately 25 small to large business ranging for 30 to 500+ members each.
- Took ownership of resolution for disputes/claims between members and insurance providers, maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
- Developed the transition process for groups changing COBRA carriers which resulted in significant improvement of quality for the transition process and service for over 15 groups.
- Sole point of contact for Spanish speaking clientele
- Created Benefits guides for employees in both English and Spanish
