Completing showroom administration and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Main review of all contract agreement before sign by General Manager
Follow-up with Engineers to receive the payment Certificate from Government or Private Company as per the progress of work / completion of the works
Preparation of Receivable statement monthly and make report and submit to the Finance Manager the detail of each project. Follow-up with the collection section for the payment. Prepare Bank reconciliation
