Responsible for coordinating and managing all the document control and information flow requirements relating to incoming and outgoing drawings, instructions, requests for information, correspondence, and reports.
Issuing all construction design documents to the relevant contractors and performing quality checks on all incoming documentation.
Prepare and issue formal Transmittals for all outgoing information.
Monitoring incoming queries (RFI’s) and information on ProjectWise to ensure all actions are completed.
Liaise with other departments including Contractor/ sub-contractors in relation to engineering works and submittals.
Monitor due dates for Consultant drawings to be issued, ensuring all information is released on time.
Maintaining project information database and ensuring all incoming and outgoing data is stored according to protocol.
Monitoring ACONEX for any actions and route correspondence / documents to correct team members as appropriate.
Ensure document quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procedures and protocol.
Assisting team members with the relevant document management procedures
Providing general support to the project and team administration, e.g. maintaining the project calendar, coordinating meeting arrangements, document formatting, and typing
Establish & Maintain Project Document Management System and access control.
Provide ACONEX training to the project team and new joiner.
