Creating look and feel presentations, presentational 3d views, sourcing furniture, decorative hardware, decorative and technical lights as well as the utilization of art, furnishings and accessories. Liaise with client with regards to all site matters. Handling various contracting teams, budgets of the project, creating the process work flow and timelines for the project, handling the in-house team are all part of the responsibilities for every project handled.

SYNOPSIS OF ACHIEVEMENTS:

Implemented successfully the enhanced process flow of detail drawings and execution single handed, thus completing the project beforehand than the original completion date.

Successfully achieved completing the project with the final costing to be lower than the original budget proposed for the project.

Handling clients, listening and accounting ever detail required by them and executing their requirements creatively even when there are space constraints.

Coached and enhanced junior designer’s skills to oversee daily and weekly operations, coaching them on drawings, site handling skills and individual performances.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Feb 2015 till present: Working as a Senior Designer- Neterwala and Aibara Interior Architects at Mumbai, India. It is an interior design firm run over for three decades where spaces are transformed into timeless mediums for modern living– approaching each project with sensitivity to the history, function and architecture of the space.

3 floors of gymnasium, banquet hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, lobby, and outdoor terrace seating areas of a plush residential building around 4000 square feet each.

A 4bhk residential home of 5500 square feet.

Entire building which includes 2duplex flats, a 3bhk home, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, lobby, spa, terrace, staff and utility areas around 2500 square feet each.

3 floors of a residential home around 3000 square feet each, which includes one floor as the entertaining space, the second floor is for guests and the third is their private floor.
