Objective: To obtain the most desirable and cost-effective way of utilising the energy that is being consumed by the communication base stations, by integrating renewable energy sources and storage units.
Outcome: An optimal solution is achieved by considering different parameters that affect the usage of the diesel generator and the relation between the usage of diesel generator and power generated from the renewable sources is studied.
