Implementation of SAP in Mexico. Handling a budget of approximately USDMM$25 in sales through leadership of a 4 person team and reporting directly to the sales director for the Americas.
Increased sales through distributors by 73% vs. previous year.
Developed commercial strategies through manufacturers of Masterbatch such as A. Schulman and the Sierra Madre Corporation, winning high-volume projects for customers such as Pemex, increasing sales by 47% vs. the previous year and obtaining the True North Award for 2014.

Chemtura Corporation S.A de C.V. April 2008 - May 2013 Sales Manager for Polymer Additives — Northern Latin-America. In charge of P&L for three divisions: Polymer Antioxidants, PVC Stabilizers and Organometallics for México, Central America, Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador, with sales of approximately USDMM$40, achieved by leading a regional team of 8 persons, 5 agents and 5 distributors, and reporting to the global sales director located in Geneva, Switzerland.
Designed the logistics for defining the Indent and Local sales percentage, increasing the customer satisfaction index by 78% to 95%, cared for Continental Tire Andina, Propilco and Polinter, among others.
Achieved sales growth in the first year of more than 50%, renewing existing clients such as Polioles, Oxiteno and Aquaquim.
