Working with client AEB Amsterdam, AEB provides a service of the municipality of Amsterdam and its main task is extract as many useful substances as possible from waste in a clean and responsible manner. The heat that is released during the incineration of waste is used to generate electricity and heat homes and businesses. In addition to one of the business unit of AEB Waste to Energy, the High- Efficiency Plant (HRC) was brought into use to increase the efficiency of plants.

Developed complex project plans in collaboration with project specific teams and senior management. Co-ordinated with senior management to support change processes for project modifications, monitored project plans across all teams and activities to support consistent agreement, and assessed proposed project modifications and deviations for impact . Designed, established and maintained Level 3 & 4 EPCm project schedules; controlled operations and reviewed and approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, budgets and cost estimates, manages documents (internally & externally) and contractor agreements to ensure streamlined execution.
