As a Coordinator I was responsible for facilitating the gathering of necessary documentation from distressed/delinquent borrowers applying for a payment plan, that, if successfully completed would lead to a loan modification. I was responsible for reviewing borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to passing the loan file to a mortgage underwriter for review.
