To control issue and receiving.

Issue slip punching in system

To make Goods receipt Note(MRR),Retune make RGP & NRGP in system & manually cheque request get approved by proper Dept and send to Accounts Dept. for bill passing

Good relation in internal dept. Purchase, Account & Excise

Rejected Materials send back to vender after discussion with Purchase Dept.

Experience in managing all internal physical & oracle stock verification and Adjust stock periodically, weekly internal audit, Stock material in sequence & fix positioning.

Daily basis shot material and excess material discussion / planning with purchase department

Adept at quality management of material issue against norms & Maintenance viz 5S, Kaizen, Manag, Analysis of fast, slow & dead moving materials

Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting encompassing setting up

material stock, issue, planning and achieves the same within lead time and cost parameters by applying FIFO and application of ABC-Class on material.

Developing new, and revising existing SOP, Manufacturing Specifications, Format & Records and Material Safety Data Sheet for all material stock & physical/system transaction.
