Collaborated with multiple owner organizations to execute Best-Value construction projects. Accomplished an overall 2% to 5% reduction in cost and schedule by implementing best practices in procurement and contract management, as well as project control techniques for over 10 projects aggregating over $55M in project value which included design and construction (D-B-B, D-B, and CMAR) for public and private owners, such as Seattle City Light, Hallmark, Evergy (formerly Westar), and Waddell and Reed.
Procurement and Contract Management:
Trained owner’s business units on writing effective scope of work and proposal (RFP and RFQ)
Implemented best practices in procurement processes and contract management
Developed and reviewed more than 100 RFPs and RFQs for construction projects
Facilitated owner evaluation procedures, including interviews of the project team personnel
Results: cost and schedule growth reduction by 2% to 5% compared to previous projects
