JOB KNOWLEDGE :

Operation, maintenance of Water Treatment Plant consisting of DM plant & RO Plant (DCS System based).

Control the RO plant system. Maintain the Delta Pressure and Cleaning the membrane at proper time.

Analysis and control of different parameters of Boiler Feed water, Drum water, Saturated Steam, Superheated Steam, T.G. Condenser, Raw water, Soft water, Cooling Tower to avoid corrosion & deposition.

Cooling tower treatment like passivation before start-up & regular chemical treatment to avoid scaling, corrosion, deposition.

Quality analysis of Bulk Chemicals (N2H4, TSP, HCl, NaOH, NH3, H2SO4, Hypochlorite, Alum etc.)

Preparation of standard Analytical Chemicals.

Sampling, Proximate analysis of coal (Ash%, Moisture%, Volatile Matter %, Fixed Carbon %), GCV of Coal.

Handling of testing equipments like Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Turbidity Meter, Hydrometer, Muffle Furnace, Hot Air Oven, Coal Crusher, Pulveriser, Sieves Shaker, Bomb Calorimeter etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

PG Diploma in Industrial Chemistry (PGDIC) : passed from Sambalpur University in the year 2010.

B.Sc (PCM) : passed from Sambalpur University, Odisha, in the year 2002.

+2 Science(PCMB) : passed from CHSE, Odisha, in the year 1999.
