Project

Dissimilar metal joining Aluminum to zinc coated steel by cold metal transfer technique (Tata steel project from Jan 2019 to Jan 2020).

In present work CMT process was applied for joining aluminium (AA6061) with Zinc coated steel 100% argon at different heat inputs. In order to meet the demand for lighter and more fuel efficient vehicles a significant effort is currently being directed toward the substitution of aluminium for steel in the body structure. After that we go for material characterization as per ASME SecIX bead geometry, microstructure and mechanical property were studied. This project work is completed at CVRGU welding Center of excellence.

Design and Analysis of Shock Absorber.

In current project we design new shock absorber model using catiaV5 and analysed using Ansys14.5.

Design and Optimization of Differential Gear Box using Finite method analysis.

In this project work to developed constant model of differential mechanism by victimisation solid works and Ansys underneath numerous style stages.
