After matriculating I completed a Diploma in General Travel at Damelin. Due to lack of employment opportunities in the industry at the time I accepted a job at Sterns Jewellers as a Sales Associate. My tasks and responsibilities included: General sales, administrative filing of dockets, data capturing, stock taking, attending to customer complaints, assisting with customer services and I was also in charge of opening and closing of the store. I worked at Sterns for 4 years.
I was then employed at African Bank Head office as a Call Centre Collections Agent. My sole duty there was an outbound debt collector. I worked at African Bank on a 6 month Contract.
I was then employed at De Beers Furniture as an Assistant Manager. I started there in September 2012. My duties and responsibilities include: General sales, administrative filing of dockets, data capturing, stock taking, attending to customer complaints, assisting with customer services, receiving stock, attending to orders, answering calls, emails, management of staff when store manager is not present and attending to general enquiries.
I was then employed at Jade Jewellers as a Sales Assistant. My tasks and responsibilities included: General sales, administrative filing of dockets, data capturing, stock taking, attending to customer complaints, assisting with customer services.
I was employed at Woolworths Midlands Mall as a Beauty consultant for Smashbox (Estee lauder group), I started in April 2018.I am very hard working, I work well under pressure and I have very good interpersonal skills. I am trustworthy and believe that I may be well suited for the position. I believe that I have good work ethic and will try my best to fulfil all tasks and responsibilities given to me. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience from all my previous employers. I believe that I am a very fast learner and always give of my best.
