Duration: February 2015 to Present.

Designation: At present Program Manager (PM) in School Education program and handling the 85 members of team in Bengaluru and also earlier I was worked as Project Coordinator WASH (CSR) Project in urban and semi urban school & communities -Bengaluru.

Project Partners: WaterAid India, Dell-EMC2, Textron, iDeCK, Target, QUALCOMM, H&M, HDFC, and TAML

Job responsibility:

Overall in charge of project planning, budgeting and Implementation of the project activities in targeted area and ensure that all objectives and goal of the projects were met.

Organizing the capacity Building activities to project staff, Government line department officials, Government school teachers, students and management, BBMP workers, Community Based Organization (CBO), Women Self-Help Group (SHG) members,

Team handling, progress reviewing, coordinating and monitoring of project activities and also ensured quality service and output by project staff.

Prepare the project related reports, documents, MIS, conducting exposure visit, case studies and share with funding agency.

Maintain the good relationship and contact between project partners, community members and local leaders, Government and Non-Government functionaries for smooth functioning and implementation of project activities.

To create and strengthen infrastructure facilities on water and sanitation in government schools and communities.

Designation: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) in MKSP Central Government Project.

Job responsibility:

Under central (NRLM) and state (KSRLM) government MKSP project, we have closely worked with Community Based Organization (CBO) like women SHG groups to empower the women in agriculture by training and capacity building.

Under the MKSP program we have designed and Implemented evaluation procedures and monitoring tools for effective implementation of the program.

Conducted monitoring and evaluation exercises for assigned projects and programs.

Performed data collection, data analysis and data interpretation to support project evaluation through MIS.

Regular contact with funding agency and represented the organization in state and national level progress review meeting in NIRD-Hyderabad.

Conducting trainings and awareness activities for all program targeted women SHGs group in communities.

Closely Worked with JLG/SHG concept, training and capacity for rural poor.

Conducted regular farmer field school (FFS), Samvada, events on organic farming and teaching the techniques of organic farming in communities.

To improve the economic condition of farmers linking them to bank for financial Inclusion like processing the loan application, loan sanction process to invest in the agriculture allied activities and other income generation activities.

Ensure the timely loan repayment process by the group and follow up of overdue groups.

Implementing rural community based program related to Health, education, sanitation, organic forming, legal awareness, training on Income Generation Activity (IGA), Nutrition for rural farmers.

Conduct monitoring and evaluation exercises for assigned projects and programs.

Taking care of reporting and documentation, conducting case study, research, and handling the MIS.
