Understand Business, Functional, Technical of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) maps (inbound or outbound) based on required documents, structures and specifications from clients.
Investigate and provide resolution for client’s reported data issue and other email request.
Able to understand Development Coding using GXS AI and at the same time can easily verify the Quality Assurance testing for each map or software.
Classify reported error if it is a valid/invalid defect and proceed with the update/defect fix if needed.
Apply simple changes or enhancements to EDI map data translation process or map logic.
Prepare test data and performs unit testing to ensure deliverables are defect free.
Communicates overall status of defect fix/changes to development leads and changes in map status to other interface parties (i.e. Lead Analysts, Functional Testers and Integrators).
Logs external defects in JIRA and verify defect fixes.
Review and analysis of customer acceptance test result.
Test and deploy maps in CTE, PREPROD and PROD environment.
Considerable skill in coordinating Pre production and Production deployment of logic updates.
Create technical/service improvement documents for new process and conduct training sessions.
Respond within SLA (Service Level Agreement) to all customer emails. Provide periodic updates until incident has been resolved.
Apply simple changes or enhancements to EDI map data translation process or map logic.
Prepare test data and performs unit testing to ensure deliverables are defect free.
Ability to meet priorities and produce quality deliverables and results while handling multiple tasks.
