Conduct new patient intake interview them to obtain their demographical and financial information also involve patient caregivers as well.

Involves fielding phone calls regarding billing issues appointment, cancellation and related kinds of concerns, must be able diffuse patients who are angry or stressed.

Escort patients to their appropriate location especially important in large facilities to let the doctors and nurses know which patient is waiting in which room.
