Worked with MP Asbestos Pvt. Ltd. at Mandideep ( M.P.) as “Personnel Assistant” from Nov1987 to Feb1991.

Worked with National Peroxide Ltd. ( Bombay Dyeing Group) at Dewas ( M.P.) as “Personnel Officer.,” from Feb1991 to Aug1995.
