ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITES ( Senior Customer Service Executive in Teleperformance):
Logging and handling the customer complaints by doing proper identification and verification process and provides a final resolution to the customer and more vigilant to report any unusual transaction, relationship and business type while reviewing the complaint.
Preparing letter that explains about the decision making from the evidences provided by the customer by also comparing the customer internal evidences.
My core process is retail banking so can be able to handle various products like Personal loans, Overdrafts, Credit Cards and Mortgages product etc.
Ensuring TAT’s and SLA’s are followed during the process.
Targeting towards the daily and monthly targets.
Always supportive to my team leader by doing the below activities apart from my role for team improvement.
