PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a Quantity Surveyor with over 14 year’s industry experience specializing in mixed use developments in South Africa and the Middle East. This includes Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Infrastructure and Public Developments. I have worked with several traditional and bespoke Contracts, being more experienced with the FIDIC and JBCC suites.
Experience includes but is not limited to the production of tender and contract documents including bill of quantities, tender evaluations, contract administration, cost planning, valuations, value engineering, measurements for and settlement of final accounts. I am currently on the lookout for exciting new opportunities that will continue to build my professional development as a Quantity Surveyor and believe that I still have massive growth potential in an industry that has always been of great interest to me. I am open to offers for positions outside my scope of experience if it means enhancing myself further.
