DURATION : 6 Months from 12 Sept. 2019 to 11 Mar. 2020. I worked as a customer support associate in Tech Mahindra for Amazon via chat process. My job is to help and guide customers with the information or issues with the retail products in Amazon.in as per the terms and conditions of the process. During my brief work experience there, I have met the quality standards and assisted the customers with the best possible resolutions as per the process. I have maintained my personal scores and did my part in maintaining the team scores as well. TITLE: Fabrication of Functionally Graded SS/TI Inserts using Spark Plasma Sintering.

In this project we made Stainless steel and Titanium joints using spark plasma sintering method, as the strength, durability and reliability of joining these materials using this process is higher than the other joining processes.

These are some very important materials in industries, space technology etc.,

We have joined the two materials by mixing them in powder form using density ratios along with other stabilizing materials and heated them up to 75% of their melting point to solidify them, making a stronger joint which can be used in industries for acid tanks, transfer pipes etc.,

By taking the help of this joint we can reduce the cost of production and increase the strength of the material.
