Edward Leska has worked at American Pie Company for more than 4 years. Our restaurant seats 75, serving three meals daily with an attached full line bakery. The kitchen is a continual hive of activity that employs 50 full and part time staff.
Edward began his employment as kitchen shift manager. He actively participated in the daily operation of a busy American fare kitchen. He was promoted to head kitchen manager and confidently took on increased administrative and managerial duties. He has continually expressed his attention to detail in his cookery skills and supervisory tasks. Edward is an ambitious hardworking individual and a well respected member of our kitchen team. He has good interpersonal skills and performs well under heavy pressure. Edward has high regards for our customers and will be missed by both staff and clientele.
