Position: Workshop Supervisor
As a Workshop supervisor for the Main service center with annual budget of 10 million SAR carry over a lot of areas of Duties:
1. Work Bays Utilization:
Assist in workshop capacity planning and loading (increase the Workshop appointment by 30%)
Optimizing productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous Improvement (maintain the record with 93 % productivity).
Control and plan carry over jobs as well as Work in progress with the assistance Team leaders and Workshop controllers (succeed to keep record of 88 %utilization).
Controlling productive time and allocation.
2. Dealership standards:
Implement the dealer standards on the workshop floor.
Ensure about the Fixed right first time to obtain high customer satisfaction.
Train the productive to effective utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment in the workshop.
3. Customer satisfaction:
Regularly Follow up with workshop controllers and technicians on the Work in progress jobs to ensure finish it at promise time.
Monitor for the department CSI achievement and implement corrective measures where needed to achieve the department CSI target.

Duties and responsibilities:
As a service team leader, I was responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of multi nationalities auto technicians and master technicians and quality control team in the main service center for western region.
Delegate / supervise repair orders to auto technicians and allocate job card to match with the technician’s skills to achieve fixed right fist time.
Effectively follow up the work in progress job card to ensure complete the repairs on Time.
Monitor the workshops KPI'S and assist in making long term plans for improvement.
Create and ensure implementation of training plans to enable the team to Accomplish their tasks efficiently.
Ensure the workshop operation’s adherence to company standards and Achievement Of departmental targets & objectives.
Independently conducting all the tests and measurements for troubleshooting in Accordance with the specifications provided by the manufacturer for all vehicles.
Train the technicians to work within the standards according to company policy and Improve the ability of the team members.
Assist for the technicians with guided level diagnostic to ensure a prompt vehicle
Repair. Ensure that the repairs are carried out within promised delivery time and Estimated cost.

Duties and responsibilities:
Receive customers vehicle for services and repair jobs and raise the orders on system
Fully understand with the customer need and explain it technically on the repair orders.
Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for the additional repairs with the cost Estimate and obtain approvals from customers.
Follow up with the workshop and controllers regarding the repairs to ensure finish the vehicle with the promised time and cost.
Follow up with the customers to update them regarding the process on the vehicles.
Check the customer's cars before delivery to ensure about the repairs done.
Raise for warranty approvals.
