POSITION SUMMARY:

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Support Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the EDI order processing system by managing the maintenance of company approved EDI transactions as required by customers and trading partners. The EDI Support Coordinator will be the primary point of interface with all internal and external customers requiring EDI transactions.

Administer the sending and receiving of all EDI documents by monitoring daily production transmissions of electronic data.

Analyze all EDI transactions and prepare required daily documents and reports.

Monitor reports for item errors and corrections so that transmissions occur in a timely manner.

Review audit logs to ensure completion of transactions.

Communicate with Value Added Networks (VAN’s) to resolve transmission issues along with potential retransmission of documents.

Work with trading partners and internal teams to troubleshoot data and mapping issues.

Prioritize schedules and track progress of all implementations of inbound and outbound EDI transactions.

Implement corrective action on all EDI problems and questions in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other teammates and employees the maintenance of EDI and Business Process systems.

Maintain effective relationships with all internal departments such as Information Technology, Sales, Logistics and Accounting.

Maintain high customer service levels.
