Supervision of maintenance & repair works carried out on various properties. Preparation of appraisal reports, Expression of Interest (EOI) and Tenders. Sourcing for appraisal briefs and introducing firm’s services to various organisations. Completed countless proposal/Expression of Interest (EOI) and over 5Nos. tender bid, including (technical, priced and commercial unpriced) for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), we won the bid to carry out appraisal of the Corporation’s Assets in Borno, Katsina and Plateau States. Implemented the use of softcopy appraisal list which aided in quicker delivery of reports, adequate follow up and easier assessment.
