Causeway Technologies provides software products and solutions for the Construction Industry.
Highlights
Recommended the Documentation Strategy and successfully migrated to Adobe RoboHelp 2015 from MS Word within a short span of three months.
Recruited and mentored four new team members at Bangalore. Also, streamlined DDLC process to improve the productivity.
Delivered documentation from scratch successfully for the following Causeway products: CATO suite (Online Help), Causeway Mobile Platform (Developer Guide & API Documentation) & Single Sign-on and Causeway ViXEN (10 modules are in progress).

CATO and Causeway Estimating products are Causeway flagship products and used by customers to quickly estimate the tenders and for end-to-end accounting requirements for the construction projects.

Researched and adopted AuthorIT Import Wizard and helped the timely delivery of Physician Resources documents according to company style under tight deadlines

Mobile Help (Aug’11 – Mar’15)
EHR (Electronic Health Record) is a flagship product of NextGen Healthcare for the out-patient department of hospitals. The Mobile application is the basic web-based mobile access to the important EHR application’s features.
Advanced Auditing & KBM Nephrology Guide (Sep’12 – Mar’15)
NextGen ambulatory products designed for storing patient in the out-patient department of hospitals. The Advanced Auditing server along with its Report tool used for storing the encrypted audit events and provides tool filter them. Owned the Install Guide & Report tool User Guide.
NextGen KBM is used by providers to record the clinical workflows with customizable templates. The Nephrology User Guide provides instructions to use the various workflows in Nephrology Specialty.
Patient Portal Guides (Jan’12 - Apr’14)
Patient Portal (v5.7 & v5.8 UD1) is for the patients to securely communicate with physicians of practices and access their basic health information records.
Added and updated the User Guide and Configuration Guide (Service Manual) to include the new features and impact of defects.
Projects in GE Healthcare (July 2105 – July 2011)
Highlights
Quickly learned WebEx Editor along with Sound Wave editor and designed training materials for Centricity EMR.
Received the technology award under “Quality” category in Healthcare India Tech. Awards - 2007.
Centricity EMR Training Material & Integrated User Guide (Jan’10-Jun’10)
Centricity EMR is the flagship product of GE Healthcare (GEHC) for the out-patient department of hospitals.
Owned the Integrated User Guide for the Centricity EMR 9.5 & CPS includes the procedures to use the integrated Clinical workflow.
The training material for “Connect” features and Electronic Prescribing (eRx) of Centricity EMR was created using MS PowerPoint presentations and Cisco WebEx recording tools.
Service Manuals for Nexus, CFC and CF (Mar’07-Dec’09)
Nexus and Connectivity Framework Core (CFC) is an interoperability framework for GE Healthcare IT products. Centricity Framework (CF) supports the necessary infrastructure and services to host varied software applications in a single desktop application.
Owned the Nexus, CFC & CF documentation from scratch, including the installation, service, administration, clustering & HA manuals (CFC), and release notes. The initial release was executed under strict deadlines with excellent quality.
Service Manuals for PACS 9.1 (July'05 – Feb’07) as Contractor
Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS) is for managing digital medical diagnostic images and associated patient data.
Owned the PACS Service manuals for field engineers who set up the PACS Network and User Manuals for end-users. The service manuals include installation, service, and troubleshooting procedures and user manuals for various tools in the subsystems and Workstations of PACS.
Projects in Zoho Corp, Chennai (March 2001 – June 2005)
Zoho Corp, previously known as AdventNet Inc. was into Network Management development tools until 2007.
Highlights
Triggered automation of eHelp RoboHelp 2002 publishing by tweaking the RoboHelp output during the probation period.
Quickly learned Structured Adobe FrameMaker 9.2 and adopted to Nortel Style Guide to deliver under tight deadlines.
User guide for Nortel Integrated EMS (April'03 –June’05)
Nortel Integrated EMS (IEMS) is the client interface to the Carrier VoIP Network. The Nortel IEMS User guide is in the OUFCAPS format.
Integrated the Online Help tightly with the tool as Context-Sensitive Help.
Documentation for Web NMS Studio and Client Builder (Mar’01 – Mar’03)
AdventNet Web NMS Studio is a wizard-based tool for customizing the AdventNet Web NMS platform. Developer guide involves procedure examples and procedures to use the wizards.
Client Builder is for developing network management solution for elements of a network. Client Builder Developer guide involves the examples, procedures, etc. for using each module in Management Builder. It is tightly integrated with the application using Context-Sensitive Help (integrated using Java).
Owned the eBon EMS Tutorial, which is the first of its kind and assists the new users to build an EMS solution for a DSLAM switch using Web NMS Studio in seven days. The Developer Guide is tightly integrated with the tool using Context-Sensitive Help (integrated using Java).
