Job Description
Responsible to provide the full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation & benefit, training & development, performance management, leave management, disciplinary & counselling, employee relation and other HR functions. Suggest/advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations and governmental administration requirements issues. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programmes.
Daily operations duties include, but are not limited to payroll, processing claims, preparing letters, replying to candidates, updating files, database and reports, liaising with managers on feedbacks and progress
Preparing new employment, resignation, transfers, promotions, confirmations or warning letters
End-to-end processing of company’s payroll and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
To ensure payroll datelines are met with accuracy
To liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN on any related issues if required
Manage and ensure all employees database is accurate and up to date To assist in office administration for daily operation Ensuring employees welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment contract
Provide updated reports to the Top Management on timely basis e.g. MC, AL, EL, leave summary, organizational charts, etc
Liaise with company’s insurance agent on matters pertaining to insurance coverage, staff medical benefit updates, insurance claims, etc
Assisting in recruitment and selection process. Prepare interview schedule and coordinate interview session
Assist in new staff on-boarding programme e.g. preparing staff access card, ID card, training, recording the attendance, preparing orientation forms and documents Ensure attendance board is updated in an orderly fashion Maintain proper filing system to ensure information is up to date for easy reference and retrieval
Control of safety equipment, uniforms & stationery to ensure on time issuance, proper stock records, maintain sufficient stock level and on-time purchase Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time 2012 - 2015
