General cleaning of the kitchen, such as cleaning all chillers, Freezers, Chopping boards and sanitize it

Make sure that kitchen and food and beverages areas looks clean as per FOOD AND SAFETY PLICY

Cleaning of Garbage bins around all areas and inside the kitchen to avoid pests infestation

Washing of cutleries at the dishwashing.

Cleaning of chopping boards and sanitize them

Cleaning al chillers, freezers, hot cabinet, Butchery, Fish section and also vegetable and fruits sections.

Cleaning of dishwashing machine each and every time, after use, and proper change of water every two hours

Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, such as apron, groves, hairnet, masks, etc. Stewarding supervisor at Cross Roads since 2006 up to 2008

Minimize the loss and breakage of chinaware, glassware and silverware

Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standard.

Review banquet Event Order and report any items in need to repair.
