WORKING EXPERIENCES

PRODUCTION ENGINEER – PENTAX MEDICAL SDN BHD

Responsible in Product Transfer (from Pentax Japan) by preparing and fully

handle on Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ) and present during meeting with

Pentax Japan.

Preparing of Work Instruction, Process Checklist & Quality Inspection for new

Product Transfer part (Endoscope; Pentax product)

Responsible to provide on daily data for overall process of manufacturing output

and defect which occurs during production.

Fully handle and provide data and results of NC's, SCAR's, Supplier Feedback

and CAPA's to QA for daily/monthly/yearly audit,

Preparing on Quality Alert, Quality Inspection Checklist, PFMEA, Control Plan

for Endoscope process.

Manually hands-on to repair on endoscope when have defect which feedback

by Technician during production and Final Inspection.

Actively participate in new product introduction and prepare process layout,

new tools, work instruction, equipment verification report and quality data.

Provide weekly Quality & production yield report, NC’s and Monthly data for Weekly meeting with Production & QA team.

Provide training to Technician and sub-ordinates regarding defects and new parts at Production.

QA ENGINEER – BCM ELECTRONIC CORP SDN BHD

Prepare 3D/5D/8D with 3Legged 5 Why Analysis (Why2 Analysis) report to customer within given time.

Handle in-house reject (as per IPC-610-E, Class 3 and Customer Specs. C0001) and customer complaint.

Lead and responsible with IPQC & FQC inspection procedure and improvement to prevent non-conformance product release.

Prepare Continuous Improvement (CI Tracker), OTD Quality report, RMA report, and provide Waiver and COC to customer.

Work with production & engineering department to determine the root cause, corrective & preventive action item regarding quality issues and productivity improvement (CI tracker, Weekly perform to customer).

Actively involved in FA (Failure Analysis part):

PIC on 3 Parties Buy Off on FA to avoid escapee in documentation error and

Defects flows to customer.

Records on any finding during FA built and highlighted within team (ex: Buy

Off Build Aid create by engineering against customer’s BOM and ensure COC,

ITP (Inspection Test Plan), PCBA revision, Packaging Material and revision is

Correct as per customer BOM)

Ensure no defects (as per IPC-610-E, Class 3) found on the PCBA.

Responsible for RMA return parts from customer and follow up on the rework completion and ensure parts is ready after 5D/8D report closure by customer (exception for urgent parts requested by customer).

CHEMICAL PROCESS & VALIDATION ENGINEER – STRAITS ORTHOPAEDICS (MFG) SDN BHD

Troubleshoot, test and monitor, performances and problems arise during Surface Treatment processes (Electropolishing, Hard Chroming, Titanium Anodizing, Ultrasonic and Passivation) and ensure the parameter runs within Validated Settings.

Complete or assist with completion of process improvement projects (Validation on New Surface Treatment Installation) in collaboration within manufacturing team.

Perform structured assessments of all Surface Treatment processes to identify and evaluate:

Actively develop, teach, and utilize process improvement methodologies including but not limited to:
