Ensure to complete the given Retail project and handover to client at scheduled time by managing and supervising manpower of vaious sections like Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire fighting and also verifying measurements of completed sections on behalf of clients end in order to pass the amount claimed by vendors end.

1.Interior Fitout of the Retail store which includes works like Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting.
2.Auditing of Retail Fitout.
1.To supervise the Fitout works of all section and to support technically and completing the work and handovering the store to Client at scheduled time line. 2.Cross Verifying the Fitout work measurments claimed by vendors and sending to the client for approval.
