Main Duties & Tasks:
• Manage the Church calendar (online & hard copies).
• Manage the booking of venues and access to all facilities.
• Manage all external events (e.g. funerals & weddings), including all liaison with clients and management of venues (including quotes, invoicing, payments etc.).
• Co-ordaining catering requirements for courses and events.
