January 2020 – Present Senior QC Specialist at Otsuka Ateco Pharma Egypt.

QC Specialist at Otsuka Ateco Pharma Egypt. (Since February 2018 to January 2020).

QC Specialist at SIGMA-TEC Pharmaceutical industry. (Since June 2016 to February 2018).

WORKING RESPONSIBLE

Analysis of finished products (Semi finished and finished) in the forms of (Tablets, Vials, capsules, Oral Suspension& Large Volume) according to SOP.

Preparation, standardization of volumetric solution, indicator, dissolution Media & any other chemical reagent.

Identification of active ingredient using TLC or chemical methods.

Analysis of raw material (Identification, Loss on drying, Limit test).

Updating SOPs.

Performing of internal calibration of laboratory instruments (UV, TOC, Polari meter and Potentiometer).

Well documentation and reporting of analytical results, deviations & out of Specification (OOS) results according to Current good documentation practice (GDP).

Follow all Good manufacture practice (GMP) and Current good laboratory practice (GLP).

Water analysis.
