Partner with architects, M&E consultants, designers, project managers, clients/ representatives, sub/ contractors, and local authorities on distinct projects – new builds, refurbishments, and renovations.

Control complete works through attention to detail whilst scoping, planning, implementing, and taking to handover. Coordinate plant, equipment, and manpower resources, as well as the method of work.

Implement health and safety (H&S) standards, including RAMS (risk assessment method statements) and toolbox talks, which meet industry and legal protocols.

Control all areas of project from design through to handover. Hire, induct, and oversee 30 trades on site, ranging across plumbers, glaziers, and labourers. Deliverables include site H&S including RAMS and toolbox. Train and check all trades. Supervise schedule, and costs of supplies and manpower. Procure plant and materials. Direct quality of works of sub-contractors and suppliers. Continually assess potential overruns and design changes. Fully update the client in detail.

162 new build homes.

Spring and Company (deliver property and construction services – offices in Stockport, Leeds, and London)

2020 project – mill conversion consisting of 49 apartments and 4 town houses.
