Control all areas of project from design through to handover. Hire, induct, and oversee 30 trades on site, ranging across plumbers, glaziers, and labourers. Deliverables include site H&S including RAMS and toolbox. Train and check all trades. Supervise schedule, and costs of supplies and manpower. Procure plant and materials. Direct quality of works of sub-contractors and suppliers. Continually assess potential overruns and design changes. Fully update the client in detail.

162 new build homes.

Spring and Company (deliver property and construction services – offices in Stockport, Leeds, and London)

Supervised 20 sub-contractors. Accountabilities per Spring and Company role. Additionally, cost control (priced job additions, and sourced and ordered materials). Updated RAMS weekly to fit each new location.

Fit out for Lidl in Liverpool city centre – included roof repairs and drainage installation.

Successful on-time, high-quality completion, and 100% in unannounced H&S audit, all won new business.
