Develop and modify the necessary overall maintenance plan in SAP CMMS

MAJOR RESPONSIBLES& DUTIES

Analyzing the annual workload for field preventive maintenance from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the entire Planning Plant,

formulate plan and advise management on resources requirement Planning and scheduling of plant PM jobs and daily routine jobs related to Production Plant

Plan, schedule and review daily activities with maintenance supervisor and Operation Maintenance Coordinator

Assess the Daily Maintenance jobs & develop the scope of work. Identify & reserve the Materials as per the drawings & BOM in SAP and Prepare the Work packs for the Major Intrusive jobs.

Attending meeting with Operation, Maintenance, Reliability, Technical Services, Engineering and Inspection Engineers to discuss with long pending/modification and technical support jobs.

Update the History of the CM jobs in SAP Notifications based on feedback of execution.

Checking Work Requests/ Work orders every day and discuss with Operation, Maintenance, Inspection and Corrosion Department for the Priority work and Plan the job with Manpower and materials.

Preparing 90 days Plan and 1 year Plan (Preventive Maintenance) for the better utilizing of Resource and Materials.

Optimizing notification usage by linking them to existing WO where possible and create WO’s when necessary, also entering estimates in SAP

Working closely with all Departments scheduling work orders from backlog due to lack of material, resource and Vendor service.

To assist the QA/QC and HSE teams for complying the site procedures and site HSE plans.

Guide / advise the maintenance team to continuously improve / achieve Key Performance Indicators.

Support / Supervise sub-contractors & local community contractors and liaise with third parties for special resources / services.

Budgeting and cost consumption report on monthly basis, including Annual rate contractor utilization report

Prepared and share the KPI report to management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLES& DUTIES

Creating and retaining the hierarchy of plans and schedules in conjunction with the Project Management Team

Formulating the project calendar and project execution road map for the project as per Integrated Project Management Systems.

Project progress monitoring & controlling by approved progress measurement procedures with various S-curves

Reviewing of contingency, recovery schedule, revised schedule, change order and extension of time (EOT) claim with the help of float or critical path analysis (CPA).

Prepare consolidated job list as per scope and job pack which includes blind List, scope of work, drawings and scope verification with SD Client and Make site review of scope and execution job pack.

Preparation of monthly reports with areas of concern and corrective actions to meet contract schedule and highlight the variances against baseline schedule.

Preparation of Shutdown Packages that include Package Approval sheet with superior comments, Work order, material reservation, Planning sheet (included operation activities with required outsource contractor details), schedule sheet, Drawings (P&ID,GA, Isometric, Datasheet), Reliability recommendation sheet,PSSR .

Follow up for material and third party services required in daily basis with procurement /buyer

Analyze contractor – submitted construction schedules, clarify issues with contractor when required and develop Contract Master Schedules (CMS).

Attend Weekly Project Progress Review Meeting and appraise Project Progress status and highlight Bottle – Necks / Critical areas.

Regular follow up with Engineering / Procurement / Construction Teams / Contractors for feedback on Project Progress Status.

All related PR, PO, invoice and SES tracking and follow up as on time

Identify spares required and review with supervisor and specialist

Ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Upon completion of contractor work to be raise PR and SES to all outsource resource requirement

Identifying critical path and major critical activities.

Preparation Turnaround Analysis postmodern reports.
