Aug 2020 – Now : Architect Consultant at UNDP
Oct. 2016 – Aug 2020: Owner Representative at KSTC, Architect on site on K-Galleria Mall, located in Kaslik. Overseeing the design and the execution, serving as adviser to the owner in all design presentations for final approvals.
1- Consultancy Job : Worked on Procurement, BOQ, Design modifications and construction details; coordinating all consultants’ and contractors’ drawings; RFI (Request for Inspections) and MEP Clearances ; requiring safety and recycling site trash awareness; working on the LEED golden certificate and meeting all its needed requirements. 2-Contracting job: concrete work (Architectural drop beams, lintels, jambs, parapets, retaining walls …) and finishing work (block works, Plaster, curbstone, sidewalks, anti-carbonation paint, bituminous waterproofing paint…)
Sep. 2013 – 2016: Architect at ATA (Atef Tabet and Associates). Worked on concept designs, design development, construction documents, consultants’ coordination and BOQ. o Brazilia 436, Residential Compound, composed of 4 buildings. o ACC (Abadiyeh Community Center), a public building.

2020 Took part of “brick by brick” initiative, renovating 7 old and poor affected houses after Beirut’s blast. The initiative got a lot of support and good funds, and raised the goal to renovate 50 houses in Beirut. We were interviewed on LBCI. Helped as a project manager on these 7 projects, held responsibility on all legal papers, ongoing site works, as-built drawings when needed, and completed all needed sheets and paper work.
