- Prepare method statements

- Prepare quality check lists

- Instruct and follow up installation teams and all daily activities.

- Supervision of all mechanical works (from foundation to PV installation).

- Ensuring that all works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, manual, and specifications and making as-built drawing/plans if required.

- Make a training for workers and technicians

- Help the subcontractor to solve all the problem during pre-assembly and assembly and give the instruction for them to work in proper way.

- Doing quality control and assurance in both pre-assembly and assembly areas.

- Follow up the project schedule and doing mitigation on recovery plan if needed

- Solving any minor issues for subcontractor on site and inform the managers with any major issues.

- Communicate with the client/EPC for all RFI’s activities as well as updating RFI’s registry.
