At S-Wireless my main focus was to sell services and finding the best plan that fits for the customer. It was very important to establish a good relationship between customer and business to not only help that one customer but to help all of their friends and family. As a store manager it was also my job to lead sales associates and to teach and guide on services, products and using systems. I also would be responsible for shipping and ordering products for the store as needed. Attending meetings and morning managers calls to focus on sales goals for the week/weekend.

The Old Spaghetti Factory, Spokane, Wa— Prep-Cook

At the Old Spaghetti Factory my main focus was really easy, all I had to do was Prep in the mornings and if needed stay and help cook or be in the dish pit. This job was perfect and very flexible and was easier to maintain being a new father.

I plan on starting classes at SCC in April. I’m looking to do mid-morning classes.

GOAL

My goal is very simple: build a long lasting relationship with a company by providing great work and customer service to customers. I plan on achieving this by startecily thinking to problem solve and by not stopping till the job is done. Even if that means working long hours, my day isn’t finished till all my daily goals are meant! And on the off day I don’t make my daily goal. I will be back at it earlier and even stronger the next day.
