PRESENT EMPLOYMENT:- Presently I am working in RINDER INDIA PVT LTD, PUNE, as a moulding cell leader in injection molding department from 14/5/2015 to 24/8/2018.

Rinder India Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, a division of Rinder India manufacturing includes in-house processes such as plastic injection moulding, vacuum metalizing for reflectors, hard coating for head light lenses, painting on Reflector & Lens, Ultrasonic Welding, Robotic Sealing, Assembly etc. which are being extensively controlled to ensure a high product quality. A rigorous audit is done periodically in order to verify the processes.

Rinder India is equipped with over 40 Injection Moulding machines, ranging from 60 T to 500 T capacities.

Manpower handling adjusting& Shift handling

Training of new associates / operators regarding Safety, Kaizens, 5S, & other improvements.

Responsible for documentation.

Mould changer.

Injection Molding Machine Hydraulic & Electrical 50-500T ENGEL, NIGRI BOSI, TOSIBA FEROMATIC D-TECH,JSW, L&T etc.

MATERIAL HANDLING:-

ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, PA,ULTEM,PET,PBT&PPS

TRAININGS:-

Attended The Behavior Base Safety Training Program (Industrial SafetyProgram)..

Effective Personality development and Inter personal skill.

TECHNICALL QUALIFICATION:-

Three years Diploma in plastics technology with 60% marks from cipet,Jaipur.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

10th in 2006 from U. P Board with57% mark
