Vice President of Operations

Responsible for operational effectiveness and business development with full P&L responsibility for 18 multi-site programs, over 4 states, totaling $150 million in revenue with 18 reporting facility directors, 90 physicians, and over 250 staff. EBITDA ranged from $750,000 to $2,000,000 per site. Administer all business functions – full P & L, HR, budgeting, expense management, marketing, partner relationships, revenue cycle, physician recruiting and management, contract retention, negotiations, and new business development.

Coach and manage hospital centers that accomplished numerous quality and financial performance awards during tenure, including 16 out of 18 centers named as Centers of Distinction. In the same year three centers were acknowledged as Centers of the Year, and three centers achieved the President's Circle for outstanding patient care, top quality metrics and profitability for the organization.

Created and facilitated budgets, cost monitoring, clinical results and performance, service levels, and quality metrics to meet goals and objectives.

Establish cost savings and revenue growth business plans that lead to a continuous financial improvement strategy. Surpassed year over year income by over 110% year over year for 13 years.

The Wound Outreach Program was established and expanded to more than 40 extended care centers in the Cincinnati market, leading to high levels of profitability in the first six months and presently most profitable of the Healogics 400 profit centers.
