• Interact with different external stakeholders (Contractors, Freight Forwarders, etc.) and defend Addax’s interests whenever needed

• Open and maintain auditable file for each Import/export shipments, supply boats, drilling rig or transfer of material in accordance with addax and Cameroon customs requirements and regulations.

• Update and improve databases and tracking sheets of all Import/Export movements

• Collaborate closely Procurement, Warehouse and Operations Departments to ensure all materials are tracked from purchase to delivery and objectives are met within deadlines and costs requirements
