MOTIVATION TO JOIN AIRLINES COMPANY
My name is Aleesha Annelene Naidoo. I am 25 years of age and ever since childhood I always had interests in the Aviation World. On completion of my schooling career I joined Skyy Aviation and studied to become Cabin Crew. At the end of November 2014 I was functionally qualified as Cabin Crew and also various other fields in Ground Handling.
I have obtained all the necessary knowledge to fulfil my duties accordingly. I strongly believe that I will make a good Leader: As ground handler I have comprehended that I have excellent insight in various situations. The results of my decision making are an example of my good judgment ability. I gladly accepts tasks, assignments and aptitude them. I am always enthusiastic and helpful in performing my duties and other given tasks. On many occasions I have volunteered to do unpleasant tasks without being negative.
I have skills of natural adaptability. When carrying out my day to day task, I will illustrate delivering exceptional results to the company and being a great addition to the team. In addition, strive for the success for the Airline Company
