RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (ACADEMIC):
Quality Control
University of Cincinnati Spring 2020
Explored and established solid foundations in topics like Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control and Quality Systems.
Constructed and implemented Excel models for Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, OC curves and System Reliability and conducted analysis for anomaly detection and Process Capability and verified using Minitab Statistical Software.
Lean Six Sigma
University of Cincinnati Spring 2020
Accomplished strong command on Lean Six Sigma and sharpened my skills in key concepts like RCA’s, FMEA’s and Value Stream Mapping for DMAIC and DFSS.
Researched multiple Case studies implementing Lean Six Sigma in industry and constructed review papers, explaining the implementation in brief with a complete analysis of LSS implementation and presented alternative and efficient options of lean and Six Sigma tools to give better results.
Fundamentals of Leadership
University of Cincinnati Spring 2020
Collaborated with classmates and formed unique teams to solve various case studies covering leadership key concepts and recognized Leadership skills and learnt to implement them in unique leadership situations and build strategic planning.
Conceptualized the key skills and traits of organizational Leadership: trust, Relationship, Emotional intelligence and strategized conflict management and problem solving.
Probability Models and Stochastic Process
University of Cincinnati Fall 2019
Revised on various types of probability distribution, mainly which are used in Statistical Process Control.
Examined Reliability theory, essential in operations research and discussed the relationship between the distribution of the amount of time that a system function and the distributions of the component lifetimes based on mean time to failure.
PROJECTS:
Design of Dual Axis Solar Tracker
University of Cincinnati Spring 2020
Successfully executed an Optimized Design of an off grid Commercial Solar Tracker ideal for the location of New York City for power cost and tracker efficiency.
Examined for suitable material properties and the supplier for components, while considering cost, power and tracker efficiency.
Reduced the Cost of the System from an average of $20,000 to $11,769 with reduced annual power cost from average of $2,000 to $1443.
Expedited the Return on Investment of the Dual Axis Solar Tracker from 10 years to 8.6 years for a commercial setting.
LEADERSHIP:
Spearheaded all undergraduate and graduate engineering projects by being the team lead, and Cultivating team members working on the it.
Volunteered for the college festival by overseeing and facilitating the logistics and sports teams during Bachelor’s Degree in India.
Trained and played intercollege soccer during undergraduate years, as a team Captain and actively play community soccer with internationally diverse players.
