Over more than 26 years of rich experience in Purchase, Store/warehouse, Vendor Development, Logistics, Inventory and Material Controlling. Significant experience of managing inventory of a wide range of material like items, Raw Material, Consumables, Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Packaging items, Tools, Electrodes, Steel, Scaffolding, Pipes, Valves, Civil items like Aggregate, Sand, Cement, Spare Parts, etc. Experience in inventory control by adopting JIT (Just in Time) procedure. Good negotiator and adept in Procurement and Logistic Management. WORKING EXPERIENCE:-

1. Now a days I am working with “M/s. IDMC Limited, Anand”. IDMC Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). IDMC Ltd, Packaging Division, is a fast growing unit engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Packaging material and various solutions as a “Assistant Manager Purchase, Sourcing & Vendor Development” from 12th March 2018.

2. I have been worked with “M/s. Dodsal Engineering & Construction PTE Ltd., Kuwait”, a multinational Company engaged in EPC & Civil Construction works across the globe and has a strong presence in the Middle East specializing in Industrial Plant, Underground Pipe lines, Cross Country Pipelines and Highways as a “Sr. Material Controller” (deputed on EPC Project Effluent Water Treatment Injection Plant Project) from 1st Sept 2015 to 10th March 2018.

3. I have been worked with “M/s. Dodsal Engineering & Construction PTE Ltd., Dubai”, a multinational Company engaged in EPC & Civil Construction works across the globe and has a strong presence in the Middle East specializing in Industrial Plant, Underground Pipe lines, Cross Country Pipelines and Highways as a “Sr. Material Controller” (EPC Project – Habshan Sulphur Granulation Plant Project) from 15nd July 2011 to 30th Aug. 2015. 4. I have been worked with “M/s. IDMC Limited, Anand”. IDMC Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). IDMC Ltd, Packaging Division, is a fast growing unit engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Packaging material and various solutions as a “Sr. Executive Purchase” from 16th Jan. 2010 to 13th July 2011. 5. I have been worked with “M/s. Dodsal Engineering & Construction PTE Ltd., Dubai”, a multinational Company engaged in Civil Construction works across the globe and has a strong presence in the Middle East specializing in Industrial Plant, Underground Pipe lines, Cross Country Pipelines and Highways as a “Material Controller” (Jumeirah Village Project) from 2nd July 2008 to 12th Jan. 2010.

6. I have been worked with “M/s. Ramji Dayawahla Engineers, Surat”, a well-known Company working in the field of process piping in Steel Plant 1.5 MTPY at their site “Shadeed Steel Hot Link Plant, Sohar, Oman” as a “Material Controller Cum Purchase and Store Incharge” from 10th October 2007 to 25th May 2008.

7. I have been worked with “M/s. Shri dinesh Mills Ltd., Vadodara” a well-known Company in India for manufacturing of Fabric of Cotton, Polyester cloth and Woolen Blanket as a

“Purchase Officer” from 14th Feb. 2007 to 8th October 2007. 8. I have been worked with “M/s. Cosmo Films Limited, Vadodara” a well-known company in India for manufacturing of B.O.P.P. Films as a “Purchase/Store Officer” from 1995 to 2007. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

Purchase:-

I. Inviting for Tender, Quotations, scrutinize Quotations, make comparative. II. Negotiation for price and terms conditions.

III. Find suitable vendor for each item from local or interstate market. IV. Make Purchase Order in ERP/SAP System.

V. To select and finalize service contract for various items, Services & Transportation at right price for smooth functioning of plant.

VI. Purchase planning and scheduling by ERP/SAP system. VII. Procurement of CAPEX Items, Engineering Items, LDO, FO, HSD, SKO, Raw Material, Packing Items, General consumable, Electronic, Electrical & Mechanical Items, bought out Components as per drawings and sample etc……

VIII. To find out substitute for imported and indigenous Packaging material, Engg. Items developing new vendor.

IX. Good knowledge over local market (Gujarat) and other state like Maharashtra (Mumbai, Nasik, Aurangabad etc.), Delhi.

X. All other management assigned additional responsibilities and a part of administrative. XI. Knowledge of ISO for Purchase Department.

Store/Inventory:-

I. Material Inward and check as per Challan and put on proper place & put identification tag for easy and smooth functioning of store.

II. Goods receipt note creating in ERP/SAP system, Avlown system (Oracle base). III. Maintain total stock of material such as Raw Material, Packaging Material, maintenance items & General Consumable items…

IV. Material issue and posting in computer ledger (ERP/SAP, Avlown system) V. Prepare of Stock Balance Sheet.

VI. Prepare department wise monthly consumption report. VII. Preparation and updating of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual statements pertaining to various activities of Stores.

VIII. Maintain minimum stock of selected items which is fixed by management. IX. MIS report and all related store transaction.

X. Leading a team of subordinates for smooth operation of Stores department and documentation.

XI. To sale all scrap of plant to outsider with good price and maintain good atmosphere of plant.

XII. Track and keep record for purchase rejected/defective material. XIII. Knowledge of ISO for Store Department.

Vendor Development: -

I. Identify, assess and select prospective vendors for manufacturing various types of items. II. Visit and interactions with suppliers to improve quality, productivity and reduce overall production cost.

III. Prepare / Intimate the performance of previous month to Vendors and make continuous improvement plan as per ISO Procedure.

IV. Implement cost reduction and value engineering ideas/proposals. Logistics:-

I. Generate Tenders, follow-up with transporters & Scrutinsing the transportation contract for incoming & outgoing material (Finished Product, LDO, FO, HSD etc...) II. Follow-up with vendor, based on daily scheduling to maintain Inventory level. Co-ordinating with the other department head and other outside agencies. III. Involving in material movement of stores which is going for job work, planning and control through effective negotiation.

Inventory & Material Controlling:-

I. Preparation of Material Requisition as per requirement of Site and as per BOQ and instruction of higher authorities.

II. Material Requisition sending for approval of higher authorities and follow-up with supplier and purchase department.

III. Managing the inventory function for material/ finished goods at plant & project sites. IV. Monitoring the availability of materials to ensure smooth supply to production to facilitate achievement of production targets.

V. Ensuring adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage with cost effective method.

VI. Undertaking inspections of material at time of receipt to ensure adherence to quality norms. VII. Implementing usage of best inventory procedures to improve storage conditions. VIII. Handling effective disposal of scrap & surplus material at sites. IX. Preparation and updating of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual statements pertaining to various activities of Stores.

X. Prepare Material Receipt and Inspection Report (MRIR) and arrange to clear from QA- QA/Client.

XI. Co-ordination with other departments for smooth progress. XII. Periodic Reconciliation of all Materials and Assets. XIII. Leading a team of subordinates for smooth operation of Stores department and documentation.

XIV. Ensuring proper storage /stacking of various materials and good Housekeeping. XV. Ensuring minimum inventories, whereby saving the blockage of working capital of the company.

XVI. Following Safety Procedures/ standards at all stages. XVII. Bifurcating and segregating scrap materials and its Disposal. XVIII. Maintain record for rejected/defective material. XIX. All other management assigned additional responsibilities and a part of administrative. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE:-
