During this period, I worked on the debt book to collect outstanding tax debts, and I studied all the major different tax types. I was well versed in application and interpretation of TAACT and various tax acts.
Tasks included preparing and submitting reports on debt book, preparing minutes of meetings and weekly schedules, and compiling a summary of all the collections’ workflow process of SOPs within debt management.
