• At the local community centre, I have previously been appointed to oversee organisation of events including taking care of acquiring funding for events, noting expenditures, and contacting people for sponsors. This has allowed my presentation, communication, money- handling and time-management skills to improve.

• I have participated in a range of activities such as assisting in a health clinic working alongside healthcare professionals and some time ago I gained some first-hand experience of people who had suffered traumatic brain injuries and worked as a part of a team to renovate the area around the home nursing home to attempt to make their time more enjoyable whilst also learning about the the causes and how these injuries can affect the sufferer as well as the families.
