To ensure the margin calls and confirmation calls and trade evidence of all clients.
To ensure Voice record system, Walk-In Client & other process through evidence for every trade executed at branch level is secured and also ensure that quality of created evidence is up to the required parameters.
To ensure documents like Trade Sheet, Special Power of Attorney (SPOA) etc., are received from other department (Sales Personnel), checked & update in SAKSHI & dispatched to Head Office.
Our role is as Silent Observer is never ending one, this can neither can be expressed not defined but only given weightage.
To ensure all evidence related data (Voice/Walk-In) are sent to Head Office on periodic/weekly basis.
To ensure display Regulatory Black Board, Certificates & other necessary information in branch premises.
To ensure MDB (Microsoft Data Base) file from the Voice data backup are uploaded in functional application (SAKSHI) & her trade matching is done within time frame. We come to know about short-falls & Irregularities in working we report to the concerned authorities.
We monitor activities related to NSDL/CDSL & ensure presence of branch stamp; maintenance of registers (As instructed by HO). We come to know about short-falls we report to the concerned authorities.
